SICO Appoints Chief Capital Markets Officer and Head of Brokerage

SICO Wealth Ltd. announced today the appointment of Ahmed Burashid as Chief Executive Officer. SICO Wealth, a dedicated wealth and asset management subsidiary of SICO BSC (c), was established earlier this year in the Abu Dhabi Global Market (ADGM) and is expected to launch before year end, subject to receiving final regulatory approval from the Financial Services Regulatory Authority (FSRA).

SICO BSC (c), a leading regional asset manager, broker, and investment bank with direct presence in Bahrain, Saudi Arabia, and the UAE, today announced that its regional equity fund, the Khaleej Equity Fund (KEF), has distributed USD 3.78 million in dividends in 2026 to date. The payouts represent an annualized dividend yield of 9.3%, one of the strongest income distributions in the Fund’s history, reflecting SICO’s investment management capabilities in delivering income and longterm value to investors across regional capital markets.
