Our policies comply with all regulatory requirements in the countries in which we operate as well as the High Level Controls Module (HC Module) of the Central Bank of Bahrain and the principles of the Corporate Governance Code of the Kingdom of Bahrain issued by the Ministry of Industry and Commerce.
